Neogaf has confirmed that the custscenes of the Xbox 360 version of FF XIII run at 576p . It was confirmed before that the ingame FF XIII Xbox 360 version ran at 576p days ago. BEYOND3D has also confirmed the FMV resolution of Xbox 360 version to be at 576p.

PS3 Crosses the 30 Million Sold Mark
VGChartz have reported that Sony PS3 have crossed the 30 million sales mark worldwide.
About 6 million of the total 30 million sales came in last 5 months of 2009. The surge in sales can largely be contributed to the late August PS3 Slim release, the $299 PS3 price cut and recent of Final Fantasy XIII
Final Fantasy XIII first-week sales in Japan
According to Famitsu, the game has sold 1,516,532 copies on its first week on sale in Japan (as of December 20th).
Furthermore, Final Fantasy XIII helped boost hardware sales as 245,406 Playstation 3 systems were sold in Japan last week.

Final Fantasy XIII sells 1 Million on Day One
According to Square Enix, Final Fantasy XIII has sold more than 1 million copies on its launch day in Japan. However, this only accounts for the individual games sold, not the bundles. Square Enix has shipped a total of 1.8 million copies and nearly 200,000 bundles of the game to Japan.
Unlock Final Fantasy XIII custom XMB theme
The latest Degenki Japanese video game magazine revealed that earning a certain trophy in Final Fantasy XIII will reward the player with a custom XMB theme on the PlayStation 3.
It is unknown if the Xbox 360 version will get a similar reward for unlocking an achievement.
